United Window & Door was founded in 2002 by Bill Henderson, Greg Bailey and Lonnie Corder, with a focus on products for the custom home. All three principals are former Western Window System employees, Lonnie’s career at Western began in project management: after completing his degree at ASU, Lonnie then became Western’s controller, and finally the general manager, a position he held prior to founding United. Greg Bailey’s career began as a sales associate at Western.After holding the title as the top Western sales person, Greg was elevated to the position of sales manager a position he held throughout the company's most profitable years. Bill started and finish his career at Western in sales, after leaving a 13-year radio career during which Bill was a marketing & promotions director. He parlayed that knowledge into becoming Western’s top sales person.

The principals of United Window & Door bring to you over 46 years of combined experience in the custom window and door arena. Bill Henderson is the company’s operation manager overseeing service and a team of installers with over 75 years of experience. Greg Bailey serves as United's sales manager. Greg's team works closely with contractors, homeowner’s, designers and architects on some of the most intriguing homes in the valley. Lonnie Corder is the senior project manager and controller, making sure United's custom products fit your custom needs.
